C&A | You in the spotlight

 

To promote their 2009 winter collection, C&A Brazil wanted to bring its customers closer to the brand, and give them the feeling of being a part of it. So, we’ve created a personalized e-mail for some customers and influencers, telling them to see the making of video on a special link, to discover the new C&A star.

 

When the target clicked on it and filled his/her name on the website, the video started but offered a surprise: our customer name would appear in one of the models exclusive chairs at the backstage. After that, it was possible to resend the link to some friends, helping to form new leads for the brand.

 

 

Results:  more than 129 thousands of entries for C&A database.
